Our Water Our Future

Our Water Our Future is MidCoast Water's Integrated Water Cycle Management Strategy. It was first published in 2008, then underwent an extensive review in 2015, which included significant community consultation.

The review was undertaken according to the NSW Office of Water's best practice requirements for urban water supply and sewerage management. It included a three phase investigation. Firstly, we identified the issues we face now and what we can expect in the next 30 years. Next, options were proposed for ways that we can accommodate or overcome these issues. The final strategy represents a combination of the most feasible and desirable actions. Some of the information provided through the development of the strategy can be found below, as well as the full copy and summary of the strategy.
