Welcome to the MidCoast Water site ..... let our mascot, Whizzy the Waterdrop take you on a tour of the water and sewerage services we deliver to the Manning and Great Lakes communities of NSW.

 

MidCoast Water supplies 11 billion litres of water a year to 35,000 households spread over 7000 square kilometres.

With new technologies and constant improvements to the system, MidCoast Water is confident we can continue to provide high quality, safe, drinking water for our community and responsibly manage the treatment of waste, to meet the needs of our growing population well into the future.

To do this we must consider all aspects of the water that falls on, flows through, and passes out of, our catchment.

It means working to preserve habitats that are critical to water quality, taking the lead in using the latest and best thinking and technology to manage the resource, and pioneering solutions for future challenges.

MidCoast Water has held a number of community forums across the region to talk to our community about the opportunities for water management into the future.
